Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

We offer MBSR course, both online and in-person. The MBSR course can have a number of positive medical and psychological benefits for people suffering from chronic pain, sleep problems, fatigue, anxiety/panic attacks, depression, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches, and stress. The ultimate goal of the MBSR workshops is to reduce stress.

Mindful Performance Enhancement Awareness & Knowledge (mPEAK)

mPEAK is a cutting edge program designed for elite athletes to increase their peak performance. Whether you’re in competition mode, coming back from an injury or just looking to improve your game or sport, mPEAK workshops teach you how to implement mindful meditation techniques, to be present and reach optimal performance.

If a group setting does not meet your comfort level, we also offer private one-on-one mPEAK workshop experience.
