Learn how to navigate this crazy life and chaotic times with courage, strength, and compassion through the power of mindfulness meditation and the flagship MBSR 8 week program (8 classes with 1 full day retreat). For the first time in 2 years this course is being held live and in person.
Dates: April 28th- June 16th (Thursdays) from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.
Retreat Day: June 4th from 8am to 3pm.
Tuition:$550 – Includes all course materials and yoga mat.

*No previous experience with meditation or yoga in necessary, just your willingness to make the effort to improve your life and learn to work with pain and difficulty while learning to be present and joyful for lifes more pleasant moments.
